About Mor People

Recruitment built around people.

Mor People is a straightforward, personal recruitment agency focused on helping businesses find the right people and candidates find the right opportunities.

We work across education and manufacturing, bringing a practical, people-first approach to every search. We take the time to understand the role, the business and the person behind the CV, rather than treating recruitment like a numbers game.

Whether you’re hiring or looking for your next move, our aim is simple: clear communication, honest advice and a process that feels easy to deal with.

Specialist experience in education and manufacturing, with a straightforward approach that works across both.
